![]() ![]() You may not be one of us who has a computer listed as a "third party conflict" but that is very frustrating to see. ![]() To me, that should be a warning sign but more so something that TechSmith should be taking ownership of to reduce the problem and better prevent support tickets and frustration. The lengthy list of 'options' to resolve the audio issue speaks for itself. It took me about an hour to get through them all and document (screenshots, steps, and results, etc.) what was done. Here is what support responded with, a link to go through these steps.
